Leolah Brown has always been vocal about her feelings surrounding the death of her niece, Bobbi Kristina Brown, and she continues on with her promise to get justice. She took to social media on October 15, promising that the truth surrounding what really happened to her niece would soon be revealed.
WSBTV Atlanta reports that Leolah not only wants to tell the truth about what happened to Bobbi Kristina, but she wants the public to know that she has no reason to lie about how she sees the ordeal.
“Hold on to your seats as I expose some really terrible things! And please! Most of all…always know that I would NEVER lie on anyone! There’s nothing for me to gain that way.”
Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26 after battling irreversible brain damage for more than six months. From the beginning, Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina’s former boyfriend, has remained the primary suspect in an incident that left the young reality star facedown and comatose in a bathtub in her Roswell, Georgia, townhouse.
Leolah has never been mum on her feelings toward Gordon and how she thinks he played a big part in Bobbi Kristina’s death, yet, although she says she has proof of what really happened, so far she hasn’t revealed anything incriminating against him.
The Wrap reports that Leolah indicated that not only does she feel there was foul play in her niece’s death, but that Bobbi Kristina’s mother, the late superstar R&B singer Whitney Houston, also met her fate in 2012 due to foul play . Although she stated she feels alone in fighting for justice, Leolah vows to continue to fight for both Whitney and Bobbi Kristina.
“Sadly, I feel like I am out here alone fighting for Bobbi Kriss & Whitney!”
Gordon still faces an upcoming wrongful death civil lawsuit, filed against him by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove. Yet, with Bobbi Kristina’s final autopsy report recently released, more interest is being placed on the criminal aspect of the case, prompting Gordon to file a motion to dismiss the civil suit while the incident is still under investigation. According to Gordon’s lawyers, information presented in the civil trial could possibly incriminate Gordon.
So far there is no indication that the civil suit will be dismissed.
Meanwhile, Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, 46, announced that he’s working on a new memoir that will detail his feelings and thoughts towards his daughter’s death and his former wife’s death. The “Don’t Be Cruel” singer stated that writing has proven to be extremely therapeutic during this tumultuous time, and he hopes that his new book, entitled My Prerogative , will shed light on numerous rumors and misunderstandings.
“Right after I signed on to write my story, I went through one of the most agonizing traumas I had ever experienced with the death of my daughter. But I was surprised by how therapeutic it was to work on this project, to look at the entire arc of my life and to realize that although there has been considerable pain, I have also been incredibly blessed.”
Bobby is also in the process of creating a charity organization on behalf of Bobbi Kristina. Known as the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House, the organization will be a “safe haven” for women dealing with domestic abuse in their relationships. Gordon is rumored to have both emotionally and physically abused Bobbi Kristina, which prompted Bobby Brown to open a charity to help women in similar situations before it’s too late.
Bobbi Kristina Brown was laid to rest at the Fairview Cemetery in New Jersey, on August 3. She was buried next to her mother, Whitney, and her grandfather, John Russell Houston.
