Gisele Bundchen has crafted a new book, and it’s all yours for a mere $700. Supermodel Gisele feels that the high price is justified because the content ranges from Bundchen’s bare body to a bounty of snapshots, all compiled into a gorgeous coffee table book, reported the New York Daily News .

Tom Brady’s spouse created the book to pay homage to two decades in the fashion world. In addition to the carefully chosen photos, Gisele is autographing every copy and limiting the number to 1,000 copies. Bundchen also is including some unusual pictures in her book, such as the supermodel sporting a large cheetah head.

Among the content that publisher Taschen feels accounts for the price are biographical material on her rise to supermodel fame, comments from fabulous fashionistas, and even input from Gisele’s family and friends.

Although Bundchen retired from the catwalk in April, she has not lost her spot as the highest-paid supermodel in the world. In Gisele’s 20 years as a fashion model, Bundchen has starred in about 450 fashion shows and rocked over 1,000 magazine covers.

But despite all those appearances, the coffee table book, which will be unveiled in November, will offer never-before-seen images such as Gisele posed topless in a garbage can.

So how does Bundchen maintain that sleek physique that will be featured in her new book? Credit a combination of workouts that range from SoulCycle classes to yoga, reported the Daily Mail .

Gisele recently appeared drenched with sweat following a spin class, showing that she works hard to maintain her highest-paid model ranking for nine years. And after raking in $44 million in just one year, Bundchen apparently doesn’t need to sweat over whether Tom Brady can continue to succeed in his own career.

As to why Gisele decided to step down from the catwalk, Bundchen revealed her reason on social media.

“I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey. Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business. Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked to stop. I respect my body.”

As for respecting her body when it comes to a healthy diet , Gisele has achieved a balance between eating tasty food and going for nutritious alternatives, reported FWx .

Bundchen explained that she has set a goal of transforming traditional desserts into healthy treats, and that includes her recipe for chocolate mousse, which she provided below.

“We make a healthy take on chocolate mousse that is very easy. You start with a banana, an avocado and some real, raw cacao powder. If you want it sweeter you can put in one or two dates. Blend it with coconut water or coconut meat, depending on what you like. Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours to let it firm up,” suggested Gisele.

The supermodel recommends topping it with fruit such as strawberries, pineapple, or passionfruit.

“It’s really like you’re having chocolate mousse,” gushed Bundchen. “I don’t want to not eat dessert because I love it, but I just want to know that whatever I’m eating is more nutritious. It makes me feel guilt-free.”
