WWE Rumors: Top Five Rumors For Dean Ambrose And Roman Reigns’ Mystery Partner At ‘Night Of Champions’

WWE is finally getting to Night of Champions this weekend, and it looks like NOC is going to be a great event. While all the titles being on the line is a big deal, the mystery partner of Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose may be even bigger. Many rumors are flying as to who it could end up being, so let’s check out the top five possibilities.

Now, please let it be known that none of these choices are confirmed or definitely will be the mystery partner, but they are possible. It will be interesting to see which one, if any, partners with Reigns and Ambrose against The Wyatt Family.

1. Daniel Bryan

This one is a bit out there and hasn’t been even hinted at on WWE television, but it’s possible. Daniel Bryan was cleared by his own doctors months ago, but WWE doctors still won’t let him back in the ring. The Wrestling Observer believes he could end up as the shocking mystery partner and surprise the world against the Wyatts.

2. Kane

His return has been rumored for almost a month now, and his movie filming is done. Kane has had enough time to return from his storyline broken ankle. Kane returning as the “Big Red Machine” would be kind of an awesome surprise and face off nicely with Braun Strowman.

3. Baron Corbin

This one is up in the air as the NXT star may be called up or may not. An image appeared online showing Baron Corbin next to Reigns and Ambrose. This was said to have been accidentally put up by WWE for a small amount of time, but it may also have been photoshopped.

4. Randy Orton

After being attacked by The Wyatt Family a couple weeks ago, Randy Orton has been invisible. It’s believed that this was done to write him off TV for a while so he could have a more limited schedule, but anything is possible with WWE.

5. Chris Jericho

Chris Jericho has said he loves his current schedule of doing house shows and staying off of WWE television while touring with Fozzy. He’s also said that when WWE needs him, he’ll be ready. Cageside Seats thinks that either Jericho or Kane could show up on Sunday to partner with Reigns and Ambrose.

Another big rumor is that of Erick Rowan, but that seems highly unlikely at this point. Rowan may not be totally healed up yet from his injury, but it also doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to have him turn on the Wyatts again. Also, his last face-turn was not the greatest thing in the world.

Night of Champions has a great card put together by WWE, and the title matches are going to be extraordinary. Still, the identity of the mystery partner for Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose is drawing all of the attention.
