Joe Giudice reportedly began filming a one-hour special last month with his four daughters, and this morning, details regarding the Real Housewives of New Jersey husband’s show, which could turn into a full season, were revealed.
On July 8, Real Mr Housewife ‘s Matt Richards spoke to Life & Style , revealing details about Joe Giudice’s upcoming special .
“The Bravo TV special will show the ups and downs of life without Teresa. It’ll be must-see TV.”
On June 22, the magazine claimed, Joe Giudice attended his daughter’s, Gia’s, middle school graduation with cameras in tow, and around the same time, he and the girls filmed a visit to Joe Giudice’s father’s gravesite on the one-year anniversary of his tragic passing.
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Joe Giudice began making headlines last month, after reports surfaced regarding the upcoming special . In one of those reports, via Real Mr. Housewife , a source claimed Joe Giudice had recently signed a deal to make the show happen.
“[Joe Giudice] has signed a deal for a show. It will be very short and only a few episodes. Think of it as a check in to see how he is handling the girls a single parent.”
Unfortunately, however, Joe Giudice’s reality star wife, Teresa, was a bit worried about what the show could expose.
“While Teresa is happy [Joe Guidice] will be making some money, she is concerned that she will not be around to filter what her husband and kids are saying and doing.”
Last month, a source told Radar Online filming on The Real Housewives of New Jersey had been pushed back to the fall in order to capture Teresa’s release from prison on December 23.
“None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season. But there isn’t anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won’t be beginning until late September, early October.”
According to Radar Online ‘s source, Bravo feels they have no show without Joe Giudice’s wife, so they’ve opted to wait to begin filming in order to include her in the majority of Season 7.
Joe Giudice and his wife pleaded guilty to charges of bank and wire fraud in early 2014, and in October of that same year, they both received prison time. While Teresa was given a 15-month term, husband Joe Giudice received a 41-month sentence, which he will begin serving after Teresa is released.
