Ariana Grande has answered her fans’ pleas for new music. Just a few weeks after revealing the title for her next album will be Moonlight , the pop star gave fans a sneak peek at one of her new songs.
As reported by Hollywood Life , Ariana released a short snippet of new music via Snapchat recently.

And weeks earlier, Ariana took to Twitter to share some new lyrics from Moonlight as well (though she clarified they weren’t from the song “Moonlight” itself).
“baby loves, i’m tryna talk to u…… there’s a boy… n i don’t quite know… what to do”??

This isn’t the first time Ariana has deftly used social media to help promote her music or her opinions. As reported by the Inquisitr , the “My Everything” singer took to Instagram recently to tackle her beliefs on the perceived double standard that exists between celebrity men and women. This, of course, was in response to the constant questions surrounding her breakup with Big Sean and the apparent rumors swirling that she and One Directions’ Niall Horan were sleeping together.
“I know y’all already know this but the double standard and misogyny are still ever present. I can’t wait to live in a world where people are not valued by who they’re dating/married to/attached to, having sex (or not)/ seen with…but by their value as an individual.”
Grande went further, tying her new album into her rant.
“I have clearly not been having the boy questions in my interviews lately because I have come to the realization that I have SO. MUCH. MORE. to talk about. I’m currently making the best music I’ve ever made in my life, having the best time of my life on tour with some of the greatest people I’ve ever known, working my ass off every single day, performing/creating for my babes and getting the chance to meet and hug my babes all over the world every day.”
And by the sound of it, her new music fits right in with her previous catalog and could elevate the already rising star. To date, her sophomore release, My Everything , has been certified platinum, according to Republic Records.
If she can duplicate that kind of success again, the next time Ariana Grande is interviewed by reporters, the media will have no choice but to focus on her music.
