Just a few months after Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana became an item , the two have decided to split up, according to a report by E! News.
Cooper got together with Saldana back in late November of last year, but People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” decided to cut the relationship short at some point last week because he wasn’t “ready for a relationship,” according to a source close to the couple.
Considering the fact that Zoe had just gotten out of a 11-year relationship with Star Trek star Keith Britton when she started dating Cooper, it didn’t seem at the time like Saldana would be ready for a relationship, either. Regardless, the two reportedly had a blossoming relationship going, but Cooper felt that the time just wasn’t right and had to end it, according to the source.
“They have a great friendship, a natural chemistry and it was for that reason their relationship was able to grow into something more,” E! News’ source continues. “But the timing was wrong, they are in different places in their lives.”
In a separate report by Us Weekly , friends of the couple say that Saldana isn’t taking the breakup too badly. The two split on good terms, and E!’s source says that Cooper and Saldana hope to remain friends after the breakup.
