Model Hailey Baldwin has blasted a notorious gossip website for falsely claiming that she, Justin Bieber, and mutual pal Kendall Jenner are involved in a “love triangle” arrangement.
Hailey, daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, tweeted an angry statement on Wednesday, May 13, evidently in response to the site publishing its claim that same day.
The Topshop model wrote , “Hey @HollywoodLife I think u guys are absolutely disgusting. U should really learn to leave teenagers be and stop writing so much garbage.”

Amid dating rumors driven by Hollywood Life and similar sites, all three stars previously publicly stated that they are longstanding friends with each other and that they are each single .
Back in January, Hollywood Life claimed Bieber, 21, Baldwin, 18, and Jenner, 19, went on a three-way date after they were photographed at a Los Angeles comedy club with friends. At the time, Hailey criticized the website on Twitter. But the blog has continued to escalate sexual insinuations about the trio while citing anonymous, dubious “sources.”
Hollywood Life’s latest variation on its threesome fantasy was originally headlined, “Justin Bieber Hooking Up With Both Kendall Jenner & Hailey Baldwin In Sex Triangle.”
No physical evidence is presented by the site to back-up this allegation. Instead, the blog makes a series of claims and cites a likely imaginary source.
“The thing with Justin, Kendall and Hailey is that they’re all really good friends… they also just hook up sometimes,” an alleged insider supposedly revealed. “They’d both love to be exclusive with him, but he’s not looking for anything serious with either of them right now.”
The site goes on to state this alleged “sex triangle” led to awkwardness between Kendall and Hailey initially, before adding that both models are “completely over it now and have reached an understanding about the status (or lack thereof) of their relationships with the Biebs.”
“Feelings are just off limits. Justin is not down for any drama,” the alleged source says.”He likes these girls because they let him be whoever he wants to be with whoever he wants.”
Hours after Hailey posted her strongly worded tweet, Hollywood Life changed the last part of its original headline from “Sex” to “Love Triangle.” The site also removed multiple uses of the word “sex” from the report’s text and inserted “love.” But the blog is still claiming that Bieber, Baldwin, and Jenner are “hooking up.”
For good measure and more clickbait, the blog drags Justin’s ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, into the mix. The site alleges the heartthrob is convinced that Selena is his “soulmate” and the girl he eventually wants to marry .
“He may hang out with a bunch of different girls like Kendall, Hailey, and his Miami babes, but he has said not once, but often that Selena is the only girl he’s ever been with who is marriage material,” a probably fictional insider tells the site.
The alleged source continues, “He [Bieber] wasn’t dissing the other girls, but he explained that they have a ‘soulmate’ relationship.”
Hollywood Life was previously slammed by Austin Mahone , Selena Gomez , and mother of Fifth Harmony’s Camila Cabello, for fabricating claims and sources.
In addition, the site topped Gossip Cop’s “Worst Outlet in Celebrity Journalism” list back in November.
Although Hollywood Life subsequently removed the word “sex” from their headline and text – substantively — its false claim that Bieber, Kendall, and Hailey participate in threesomes has not changed.
Based on Baldwin’s outraged tweet, it’s doubtful the model will consider the site’s cosmetic changes as sufficient. It remains to be seen whether she, Bieber, and/or Jenner will decide to pursue the matter legally and sue the blog for defamation.
Jenner and Baldwin previously denied Bieber dating rumors during respective interviews with Nightline and E! News .
