New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice is reportedly receiving special treatment behind bars at the federal correctional institution in Danbury, Connecticut, where the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently serving a 15-month sentence for crimes of bank and wire fraud.
According to an April 22 report by Radar Online , the New Jersey reality star’s fellow inmates have grown tired of her diva antics , and are reportedly “fed up” with her behavior.
“She’s a diva, absolutely, just the way she got her job, that’s definitely diva treatment. She wipes tables three days a week and it’s maybe for 15-20 minutes a shift. She had that job before she came in, and that’s hard to get. Why should she get that when people are outside shoveling snow?”
Giudice, who has starred for years on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey , reportedly comes into meals late, and has her friend get her food. In addition, the New Jersey native allegedly receives special treatment, when it comes to her visitation with daughters Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5. While most children are asked to discard crafts they make on sight, the Giudice children, who are now living with their father, Joe Giudice, in New Jersey, are allowed to give theirs to Giudice to store in her cell.
“She brought a craft out from the visiting room and I thought one woman was going to lose it. Other women will go in there, their kids will make them something and then they’ll take it away from them.”
The New Jersey reality star is also accused of having her laundry folded for her. According to the source, someone had been enlisted to take care of Giudice’s laundry, and when they don’t fold her clothes for her, she gets “p—ed off about it.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, the New Jersey reality star has reportedly agreed to allow her family to star in a new reality series , while she remains behind bars. Although no network has officially tied their name to the show, Radar Online confirmed news of the New Jersey spinoff earlier this month.
According to Radar Online ‘s source, the New Jersey couple agreed to star in the new show, in order to pay off their mounting debt. In addition to the restitution the Giudices owe the government, two of the couple’s homes in New Jersey recently went into foreclosure.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey has yet to be confirmed for a seventh season.
