With Chris Soules’ season of The Bachelor about half way through, speculation is rising about who will be the next star of The Bachelorette . Based on the franchise’s history, it’ll likely be one of the women from Chris’ group of contestants.
In an interview with E! News , host Chris Harrison weighed in on the two women , whom some have speculated may be the next Bachelorettte: Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe. Chris said that a show starring Kaitlyn would be more fun, while a show starring Britt would be more dramatic. Chris also pointed out that Britt’s physical appearance gives her a big edge with the men.
“They’d be two very different bachelorettes. Kaitlyn would be a blast. I would love to do it with her. She’s just fun. She reminds me a little bit of Michelle Money who I also love and adore. Self-deprecating, amazingly quick-witted sense of humor, she kind of gets it. I love that kind of show. It would be fun for me selfishly to do it with her. Britt, on the other hand, would be a great show in a totally different way. I think it would be emotional, heartfelt, there would be a lot of tears, there would be a roller coaster ride. I think they would both produce very good shows in really different ways. And Britt’s obviously drop-dead gorgeous and I think men would be falling all over themselves to have a chance to date her.”
Britt Nilsson recently addressed some questions, including whether she does shower and whether she really does want to settle down.
Meanwhile, Kaitlyn Bristowe tweeted her hilarious reaction to Kelsey Poe’s departure from the show.
As for the rumor that Andi Dorfman may return for a second run on The Bachelorette , Chris Harrison denied that producers have discussed bringing her back. He added that even if she were given the opportunity, she likely won’t do it.
“I love Andi to death but I don’t think she would do it again. She really is heartbroken… We’ve had no discussions abut bringing her back.”
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Andi and Josh Murray announced their split just days after putting on a very public display of affection at the live Bachelor premiere event. According to one report, Andi was a “control freak” who was “hated” by Josh’s family.
Viewers will get to hear Andi Dorfman’s side of the story when her interview with Chris Harrison airs next Sunday on the “Chris Tells All” special. The following night, on a regular episode of The Bachelor , viewers will see whether Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe make it another week with Chris Soules.
