Aziz Ansari Calls Rupert Murdoch An ‘Evil Overachiever’ For His Anti-Muslim Comments

Fox founder Rupert Murdoch has once again landed in hot water, and this time it’s for his anti-Muslim comments on Twitter. Now, Parks and Recreation star and comedian, Aziz Ansari, has decided to sound off on Murdoch’s tweets, especially the comment that all Muslims “must be held responsible” for the Charlie Hebdo attack in France.

Due to this logic of thinking by Murdoch, Ansari questions why all Catholics aren’t taking full responsibility for pedophile priests. The incredibly ignorant logic by Murdoch was reason enough for Aziz to rip the Fox founder on Twitter and even joke at his expense. At one point, he used the hashtag #RupertsFault to make numerous examples of how ridiculous it was that Rupert was pointing fingers at an entire religion.

In case you missed it, here’s what started Aziz Ansari’s comments about Rupert Murdoch.

As stated, Aziz had a field day with his comments, going on for hours about Rupert’s tweets.

Aziz isn’t the only one to put Rupert on blast for his tweets about the Muslim community. Author J.K. Rowling also took to Twitter to shame Murdoch .

“I was born Christian. If that makes Rupert Murdoch my responsibility, I’ll auto-excommunicate.”

So far Murdoch has ignored Ansari and Rowling’s comments, but did have a softer sentiment towards one Muslim.
