‘Teen Mom 2’ Custody Battle: Chelsea Houska Is Reportedly Taking Adam Lind To Court

A Teen Mom 2 custody battle is brewing between Chelsea Houska and Adam Lind.

Weeks after his arrest, Lind is reportedly facing a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend over the visitation of their 5-year-old daughter, Aubree Houska. According to a new report, Houska proposed a set of guidelines to Lind’s parents, which would protect Aubree from being left alone with him, but Donna and Vernon Lind are allegedly refusing to respect Houska’s wishes.

“Adam’s parents are in denial and think he hasn’t done anything wrong,” an insider revealed to Radar Online on December 10. “They’re not on board with making sure Aubree is not alone with him.”

Now, a Teen Mom 2 custody battle may be unavoidable.

“Sadly, Chelsea might have to ask for visits at a visitation center to ensure Aubree is safe at all times,” the source explained.

Currently, Aubree spends every other weekend at Lind’s parents’ house, but because of their reported refusal to follow Houska’s proposed guidelines, that could soon change.

Earlier this month, days after Lind’s domestic stalking arrest, Houska was said to be “concerned” for her daughter’s safety. As the Inquisitr reported, Houska felt Lind’s behavior could prove dangerous for Aubree.

“Chelsea is very concerned by the new allegations,” a friend told Radar Online . “She no longer feels she can allow Aubree to be alone with Adam.”

At the time, Houska reportedly saw no reason to revoke Lind’s parents of their visitation.

“Adam’s parents are good people and Aubree loves them, so there’s no reason to take her away from their home,” the source explained. “But Chelsea will make sure they know to be with her at all times.”

Unfortunately, that didn’t pan out, at least according to Radar’s most recent report, and a Teen Mom 2 custody battle may be seen on the upcoming sixth season of the show.

As the Inquisitr reported on December 1, Lind was arrested on charges of domestic stalking after an incident with his ex-girlfriend, Brooke Beaton. A short while later, Beaton filed and was granted a restraining order against him.

“As of Monday morning, the 25-year-old reality star was held without bond on domestic stalking charges,” Us Weekly reported . “Hours later, Lind appeared in court and his bond was set at $3,000. No further details were released regarding the charges and who it involved.”

Teen Mom 2 custody battles are nothing new. Leah Calvert is involved in a fight for full custody of her twin girls with Corey Simms, and Kail Lowry and Jo Rivera have dealt with their feuds over custody on the MTV series.
