‘Sons Of Anarchy’ Finale Death Leak Confirmed: Kurt Sutter Is NOT Happy [UPDATE]

WARNING: Major spoiler ahead regarding the finale of the show. Please DO NOT read this article if you wish to avoid a major spoiler about the show’s final episode.

In this day and age, it’s nearly impossible to keep secrets.

Unless, of course, you’re Beyonce .

Sons Of Anarchy Major Death Spoiler

But if you’re the showrunners for the Sons of Anarchy , you may have just experienced a MASSIVE spoiler leak courtesy of some overly excited fans on Facebook .

Apparently, someone couldn’t wait to share the news of an impending character death and decided to post a highly spoilerish image to the community.

The picture is of a book opened to a page labeled “In Memorium” or in memory of those who died throughout Sons of Anarchy’s seven seasons.

As you scroll to the bottom of this scanned image, you’ll notice there’s a section for season seven deaths.

While you may be aware of most of the characters on that page, there’s one name in particular that stands out.

Second and final warning! If you do not want to have the Sons of Anarchy finale potentially ruined, then don’t look at this image!

That’s right, according to the above scan, JAX TELLER meets his untimely end in the Sons of Anarchy finale.

Of course, some of us already saw this coming as there was really no alternative way to bring this series to end.

At least, not for this character .

While there is a chance this image is fake, it’s noted that, (1), the Sons of Anarchy community is locked, perhaps in an effort to avoid any trouble associated with the spoiler, and (2), the book featured in the snapshot seems far too genuine to be a brilliant Photoshop creation.

It’s still very possible that this spoiler is false, but it’s very likely that it isn’t .

Besides, given the path that Kurt Sutter has placed this final Sons of Anarchy season on, Jax Teller’s impending death isn’t exactly a surprising spoiler.

The question for many Sons of Anarchy fans is exactly HOW Jax Teller will die.

Will he accept his end and go in an almost peaceful manner as was the case for Gemma Teller Morrow?

Or will Jax expect to walk away from his various misdeeds, only meet his end following a brutal and surprising act of betrayal?

There’s also speculation that his death could mirror that of John Teller, his father.

Such an event could leave his son Abel to try and succeed where both his father and grandfather failed.

Sons of Anarchy is expected to air its final episode on Tuesday, December 9.

UPDATE

It looks like this is a confirmed leak.

Apparently what happened was that a few copies of a companion book created for the Sons of Anarchy: The Official Collector’s Edition were accidentally shipped early.

Unfortunately, meant a few copies ended up in the hands of people who not keep a secret (for a few more measly days!).

Kurt Sutter was NOT happy about the leak to say the least :

It has been brought to my attention that our SOA Collector’s Edition Book has been sent out a week early by some distributors and book outlets. This book contains details about the final episode of the series. This, my friends, is a storyteller’s worst nightmare.

I wanted this book to be a compliment to the show. It contains personal messages and photos from the cast, in-depth behind the scenes information and a detailed breakdown of episodes. It’s a smart, well-conceived book that I was very excited for the fans to have.

AFTER the motherf—— finale. There are a thousand f—— people I can blame. And I assure you, by the time I am done, my f—— basket will be filled with heads of incompetent c—-. But as far as the fans go, the burden is on me.

Sutter apologized to the many fans who may have found themselves spoiled ahead of Tuesday’s final episode.

And unless Time Home Entertainment, the book’s publisher, is in on the joke, it looks like this isn’t a fake spoiler sent out by the show’s creator to mess with fans.

As it were, I got official word from the woman behind the book on Twitter. She wasn’t very happy about this either:

If it’s any consolation to fans, a who isn’t equivalent to a how . You can still watch to see exactly what happens, and I’m sure it would mean a lot to the showrunners.
