Robert Pattinson has been in the news a lot recently over dating rumors concerning FKA Twigs. However, according to the International Business Times , he is nowhere near over his ex, Kristen Stewart.
The publication reported that while it isn’t 100 percent clear if Pattinson is in a proper relationship with Twigs, who was born Tahliah Debrett Barnett, sources close to the pair say she is definitely “his type,” and that things could get romantic between them soon.
Pattinson was spotted with Twigs in New York in August, strolling around the city on more than one occasion. E! News reports that the actor will decide whether to proceed on a more serious basis after the Toronto International Film Festival.
As reported also by CDL , the film festival is the perfect opportunity for Robert Pattinson to decide between Stewart and Barnett, as a source told them,
“This will be the perfect opportunity for him to meet her and decide whether he’s over her for good. If he’s not over her – well, they’ll have to go undercover to spend time together at TIFF, but a reunion is a reunion. If he is, then he’ll probably stay visible enough during the rest of the festival, and perhaps he’ll even spend time with Tahliah at some of the after-parties.”
There is no question that for Pattinson the break up with Stewart was painfu, as was widely reported by numerous media sources over the last few weeks. He spoke to Esquire magazine recently about the break up,
“S–t happens, you know? It’s just young people… it’s normal! And honestly, who gives a s–t? The hardest part was talking about it afterwards. Because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can’t predict. It’s like that scene in Doubt, where he’s talking about how to take back gossip? They throw all those feathers from a pillow into the sky and you’ve got to go and collect all the feathers,” Pattinson told the publication.
Reading between the lines, it seems that Robert Pattinson took the split with Kristen Stewart hard, but thankfully there may be some closure for him now as he reportedly moves on to “bigger and better things.”
