Aniston Five Pounds: Jennifer Aniston Looking To Drop Five Pounds Before Wedding?

Published on: August 11, 2014 at 3:59 PM

Jennifer Aniston wants to lose five pounds. The We’re The Millers actress recently said that she’s about five pounds too heavy for what she’s used to. She blames her age for her inability to kick those extra pounds . According to The National Ledger , Aniston says that her weight is the one thing that she would change about herself (imagine that!). While she looks amazing at 45, the scale doesn’t reflect what Aniston is used to — and that’s not ideal for her. And maybe she wants to be at her ideal weight when she gets married, who knows?

“These days, if I was being super picky, I would love to drop five pounds. That is just where I have always been really comfortable at about 110 to 113 pounds. But it is harder to get that down, at this age.”

If Jennifer Aniston gained five pounds, chances are you wouldn’t notice. She is in great shape, even if she says she’d like to take off a couple of pounds. Of course, she works out and eats healthy, which helps her stay so fit. Now most women would wonder why someone like Aniston would even dream of losing weight… but Jen says that is really the only thing she would do if she had to choose something to change about herself.

“I think, what I have been witness to, is seeing women trying to stay ageless with what they are doing to themselves. I am grateful to learn from their mistakes, because I am not injecting s**t into my face. I see them and my heart breaks. I think, ‘Oh god if you only know how much older you look.’ They are trying to stop the clock and all you can see is an insecure person who won’t let themselves just age. I also have a fiancé who will put a gun to my head if I touch my face in any way.”

Jennifer Aniston doesn’t need to lose five pounds, and that’s not really what she was saying. Aniston was explaining that she would try and get the five pounds off before doing any kind of plastic surgery if she had to pick something to “fix” about herself. Of course, people didn’t take it this way, and she has been ripped apart in several comments on various sites. According to E! Online , Aniston tries not to worry about what other people think. At the end of the day, she knows what she looks like and how she feels, and she’s fine with it.

“The truth is you just go, ‘If they get a picture, that picture comes and goes, so who cares?’ Then you have 30 mean people who sit at their computers and spend their entire day picking apart and insulting celebrities about how ugly they are just so they can feel better—I guess—about themselves. I don’t understand it.”

According to The Inquisitr , Aniston’s BFF, Courteney Cox, who uses Botox, could have been hurt by Jen’s comments about injecting her face. However, Jen and Courteney go way back, and a small difference of opinion isn’t going to break up their friendship.

Do you think Aniston’s five pounds comment was meant to signify that she’s unhappy with the way she looks? How did you take her comment?
