Maroon 5 has revealed the album artwork for their new album V before the official release. Via Twitter, Maroon 5 released a bunch of unexpected information about their next LP, including the full track list.
According to the Music Times , Maroon 5 has put together 14 new tracks for V , including the latest single “Maps,” which The Inquisitr reported on when the official music video was released. Maroon 5’s frontman Adam Levine shared all the details across various social media outlets, including a link to Maroon 5’s official V webpage.
The official statement from Maroon 5’s website says the following:
“Bringing it all back home, V features the return of [Maroon 5]’s original keyboardist Jesse Carmichael to the fold, rejoining frontman Adam Levine, guitarist James Valentine, bassist Mickey Madden, drummer/percussionist Matt Flynn, and keyboardist PJ Morton after a two-year hiatus. Maroon 5’s latest provides a sonic summation of the group’s journey to date – capturing the essence of the earliest [Maroon 5] hits through to their most recent successes, as well as providing a picture of its artistic growth into the future.”
You can see the full album cover art below, featuring a neon ‘V’ on a beach at dusk with a sign that reads “Maroon 5” in the distance, similar to the style of the Hollywood sign.
Maroon 5 put 11 normal tracks on the album in addition to three b-sides. Along with the already famous song “Maps” is a collaboration between Gwen Stefani and Maroon 5 called “My Heart Is Open,” which is written by the artist Sia. You can read the full Maroon 5 track listing below:

According to Billboard , “Lost Stars” was written by Maroon 5’s lead singer Adam Levine for the soundtrack to the movie Begin Again . Billboard also speculated that the track “Sex and Candy” could be a Maroon 5 cover of the 90s hit of the same name by the band Marcy Playground.
