Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez Drop Dirty Dancing Video You’ll Either Love Or Hate

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez just obliterated any speculation about their reunion with two extraordinary dance videos posted to his Instagram account late Monday, aptly set to John Legend’s Grammy Award winning song “ Ordinary People .”

The videos have since been deleted, possibly because of critical comments. But the point is made.

Bieber and Gomez are back together.

Jelena’s dance declaration comes after Justin’s “my baby” dedication to Selena — who was there — before singing “ As Long As You Love Me ” at the Scooter Braun Projects Sunday Funday Showcase during the 2 014 SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas, March 9.

The 20-year-old’s impromptu visit capped a weekend of PDA moments, kicking off when the Canadian jetted to McAllen,Texas, Friday morning, a day after he was deposed in what we now all know was a profoundly detrimental deposition .

Bieber and Gomez sightings were then diligently chronicled by the world’s media. Starbucks, “hugging and kissing” in a Mexican diner, not appearing in a mall but causing a riot anyway – and so on. The loved-up pair also booked out a rehearsal space for two hours at the Action Dance Studio with choreographer Nick Demoura.

The fruits of those labors? The video below.

More kissing reportedly followed at lazer tag where Bieber dropped nearly $650.00, a few hours before Selena took to the State Farm Arena stage for the 2014 Borderfest.

An important concert for Gomez — who spent 14 days in rehab in January and previously canceled the Australian and Asian legs of her Stars Dance tour — Bieber tweeted “Saw a great show last night,” after his girlfriend’s Saturday comeback.

The 21-year-old posted her own verdict on the sold-out show, writing,

“Reunited and it feels sooo good ) TX always makes me proud #littles #realmexicanfood #home,” alongside a photo of herself hugging two young fans.

Getting back to Bieber and Gomez’s pax de deux, the against-the-wall choreography and intensity both bring to the routine is great to see, but what really adds to the sense that this reunion is a mature decision — is the song choice

“Girl I’m in love with you /This ain’t the honeymoon / Past the infatuation phase / Right in the thick of love,” and later, the chorus:

“We’re just ordinary people, we don’t know which way to go, cos we’re ordinary people, maybe we should take it slow.”

If these lyrics are an indication of Bieber and Gomez’s plans going forward, this seems wise given that an insider previously told E!News the Rudderless actress checked into Dawn at Arizona center to “learn tools on how to deal with Justin and letting go of that relationship.”

It was said the on-off cycle the two get caught up in worried Gomez’s parents, who were apparently worried after Selena’s Segway day out with Bieber at his Calabasas home and the cozy Instagram that followed on on January 4.

Gomez went into rehab the next day.

According to E! , sources previously told them Gomez’s family think Bieber and his legal problems are “the worst thing to ever happen to Selena.”

An update on that cites an insider who said of the songstress,

“There’s no talking to her.” She’s just going to do what she wants.”

Our take?

Many won’t have good things to say about Bieber and Gomez, perhaps least of all the tabloid press which has taken great liberties with these two over the past few months.

Ridiculous, and often fantastical reporting, stacked rumor upon rumor , but was caught on the hop this past week by the pair’s reunion.

The tabloid press had Selena laughing at Bieber’s post-Oscars Instagram, which described the starlet as the “Most elegant princess in the world,” with some outlets suggesting she had nothing but contempt for him. Clearly those reports were incorrect .

So here’s our advice ‘Jelena:’

Congratulate yourselves on surviving the slings and arrows of those who should know better. Enjoy how far you have come and where your dance together may lead.

Nothing is promised, but if both of you have found love again – you’ve already won the prize.
