Ariana Grande can’t hang out with you in real life, but she’ll definitely try to follow you on Twitter. As long as you’re not mean or creepy, that is.
The Sam & Cat star recently revealed that she’s trying to follow as many people as possible on the micro-blogging site. Since Twitter limits the number of people you can follow in 24 hours, she’s having a hard time keeping up with demand. However, Grande is trying her best to make her countless fans happy.
If you’re one of the people who feels slighted by Ariana Grande, then keep your head up. There’s a very strong possibility that the singer will get around to you at some point in the near future. In other words, don’t shave your head for a follow just yet.

Of course, weirdos and creeps need not apply. Ariana Grande recently told the folks at Cosmopolitan that dealing with people on Twitter is frequently a grueling experience. Since so many people are mean and vicious on social media, she often encounters folks who seem dedicated to tearing her down.
“Oh, they’re evil as hell! I don’t even block them anymore, because I feel like it’s giving them negativity in return. So I just let it happen and forgive them and move on. Those people are fighting their own battles,” she recently told the publication.
Meeting her fans in real life also poses a few issues. During a recent trip to Amsterdam, Ariana Grande discovered that her strongest supporters can become a major problem when they gather together in large numbers.
“I never want to be the person who avoids my own fans, so I always try to stop and say hi. But it turned into a big mosh of people, and it became quite dangerous. I got sent to the police station, and they told me not to come back to that airport!” Grande explained.
She continued, “I just went out anyway. I said, ‘You can’t stop me!’ That’s one thing to get in trouble for: loving your fans too much.”
If you’re a fan of Ariana Grande, then you’ll soon have new music to obsess over. The singer recently tweeted that she was heading back to the studio to begin work on her new album . Unfortunately, there isn’t a release date to speak of just yet.
