It looks like Justin Bieber found the perfect way to homage his longtime buddy, Miley Cyrus.
Probably.
The Canadian singer has spray-painted an image of what appears to be Cyrus — with full tongue-out pose — on a skateboard ramp in the grounds of his Calabasas, Calif., residence.
Aerial photographs of Bieber’s $6.5 million home revealing the Cyrus-like graffiti also showed neat boxes of spray-paints lining one side of the ramp.
Justin’s graffiti got him into trouble during latter tour stops on his now wrapped Believe world tour; notably in Brazil, where he was charged after spray-painting a disused hotel wall.
An Australian mayor also slammed the 19-year-old’s graffiti at a hotel the singer stayed at, despite the hotel confirming they gave Bieber prior permission.
However, Bieber’s own home is his own affair, and there was no-one to stop him from plastering a fun tribute to Cyrus on his ramp.
Miley, who duetted with Justin in his smash 2011 movie-documentary Never Say Never, and refers to Bieber as her “homie,” will most likely laugh at the sight of herself as graffiti at his pad.
The buddies have been punking each other since they were child stars, with both previously role-playing each other when they hosted Saturday Night Live on separate occasions.
In October, the “Wrecking Ball” star tweeted a picture of herself wearing a “Reefer Fever” tank top showing the Biebs enjoying a cartoon joint. It was captioned, “@justinbieber FO LIFE.”
Fast forward a month later to Miley’s light-hearted parody of a viral video featuring Justin sleeping on a day bed in Brazil during his tour leg in the South American country.
Tati Neves, the Brazilian woman who filmed Justin on her smartphone without his consent, claimed she had sex with the singer.
The claim was denied by sources close to the “Heartbreaker” singer, but nevertheless the video has drawn over 37 million views from the curious.
In Miley’s version, recorded during her promotional visit to the UK’s Capital FM Breakfast, the 21-year-old played the role of Neves with extra suggestive poses and her tongue out.
Cyrus previously called herself Bieber’s “mentor” in a profile with Rolling Stone magazine, in which she said:
“I’m not that much older than him, so I never want it to feel like I’m mentoring him. But I do mentor him in a way.”
She added , “He’s trying really hard. People don’t take him seriously, but he really can play the drums, he really can play the guitar, he really can sing. I just don’t want to see him f**k that up, to where people think he’s Vanilla Ice. I tell him that. ”
Inevitably, the quotes led to mockery of Bieber in the press followed by a public tweet from Miley in which she expressed her support, writing,
Always have ALWAYS will root for @justinbieber he always has and ALWAYS will be the shit. #onlylamestwistwords
