New ‘Fast And Furious 6’ Image Teases The Return Of Michelle Rodriguez [Photo]

Yet another image from director Justin Lin’s Fast and Furious 6 has found its way online.

The latest image was seemingly released to let everyone know that Michelle Rodriguez is on her way back to franchise. The actress posted the image you see below on her official Facebook page , a marketing tactic that has also been used by co-star Vin Diesel.

The picture of Rodriguez in Fast and Furious 6 mode was teased during the trailer that arrived during the 2013 Super Bowl. However, it was a blink and you’ll miss it moment that many may have been overlooked given all the excitement that was taking place during the game on Sunday.

The Resident Evil star also mentioned that the full three-minute trailer for the next installment in the action franchise is slated to arrive online at some point tomorrow. If you haven’t had your fill of Fast and Furious promotional material, then tomorrow is going to be a fantastic day.

The official synopsis reads as follows:

“Since Dom and Brian’s Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

“Meanwhile, Hobbs has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty. The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.”

Fast and Furious 6 stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Elsa Pataky, and Michelle Rodriguez. The film is gearing up for release on May 24.
