Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been doing a fine job keeping the Israeli people safe despite what the media appears to be saying to those around the world. With the Iron Dome tested for more this week more so than any other time, the only plausible action for defense is a strong offense, which resulted to eighty terror targets being decimated in less than thirty minutes.
Despite the cease-fire wanted by the United Nations, along with what the United States wants Israel to do in regards to this war – which is primarily giving up land – Benjamin Netanyahu made it loud and clear when he said that Israel will never give up the West Bank.
In an initial report by Now The End Begins , the Prime Minister of Israel strongly rebuked both John Kerry and Barack Obama, along with anyone else who feels that Israel should relinquish control of the West Bank. Geographically, the West Bank – along with the Golan Heights and Gaza Strip – actually belong to Israel. The country shouldn’t have to give up any part of their land simply to appease people who don’t like them. Hypothetically, if Canada got angry at the United States and wanted Alaska just because they wanted it, should the United States give up Alaska?
The exact words that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said – in response to what John Kerry urged during a U.S. led peace effort that collapsed in April – is as follows:
“I think the Israeli people understand now what I always say: that there cannot be a situation, under any agreement, in which we relinquish security control of the territory west of the River Jordan.”
Before It’s News followed up on the original article and included more insight on what Benjamin Netanyahu said to John Kerry and General Allen, who were considered the “American Experts”:
“We live here, I live here, I know what we need to ensure the security of Israel’s people.
It makes sense that Israel would not relinquish control. Adjacent territory has huge importance. Also, giving up the West Bank will let the Hamas get in closer to shoot rockets at the Israeli people. As a matter of fact, they could be close enough to dig tunnels, too. In conclusion, the closer terrorists get to Israel’s borders, the more violent and aggressive they become.
