Stunt woman Jessie Graff made a lot of noise this month, starting with her winning on America Ninja Warrior and showing off her success doing martial arts poses on the red carpet in a flowing red dress.
Jessie Graff is already known for her flashy outfits out on the course, and judging from her tastes, she’s always clearly thinking outside the box. Who would have thought that a stunt person could show off what they do best on the red carpet? Does anyone remember Zoe Bell doing that?
Of course, they’re two different people and yet, so similar in the direction of their careers.
And surely, those red carpet poses Jessie Graff is now well-known for, would have created problems for anyone else which is why they don’t do it. But Jessie Graff played it smart. Why not wear something that allows her to promote her active lifestyle and her job as a stunt woman?
Maybe the designers of the dress figured that kicks would work well by default, but what about a on-the-fly backflip?

Pretty sweet recovery there. During the video of her shooting those mentioned high-kicks, she seemed to almost trip on the dress which would have looked pretty bad had Jessie Graff actually done so. But her recovery from almost being blinded by the dress, is impressive.
As mentioned, it seems as if she’s got it all figured out.
And really, she does because Jessie Graff is actually behind the designs of what she refers to as the Ninja Skort, a skirt-short design which will be sold by a Pi Movement, an active-wear clothing company that’s inspired by at least one brain behind Tom’s and other bodies greatly influenced by the Ninja Warrior culture.

As you can see, from the outside it looks like a skirt, but it’s actually surrounding shorts and part of the entire pair as a one-piece, turning something practical into something flashy; who would have thought that something so simple could make sure a great impression?
Appropriately, Jessie Graff has embraced the super hero image and she’s certainly become one for a lot of girls out there who aspire to do what she does.
Why, just look at her resume on IMDB where at the earliest, she’s done stunt-work on Live Free or Die Hard, The Dark Knight and lately, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and ironically enough, Supergirl , where she’s started to become more than just a stunt-double because now, she is getting into the acting game.

But Jessie Graff’s strengths are literally at her core, with her support of a project via KickStarter called StaBallizer which makes devices that strengthen core strength while gaming.
The StaBallizer start-up was created by a entrepreneur who is a physical therapist, whose intention for the device is to help people who need rehabilitation, or even a decent work-out when they can get one while they’re in the office. Here’s a sample from the start-up’s about site.
“The StaBallizer Core Training and Gaming System was created by Mitch Rost, a physical therapist and entrepreneur in Bend, Oregon. His company, Innovative Rehab Products (IRP), LLC, designs and builds products to simplify fitness and improve physical rehabilitation. Mitch designs and oversees the production of each innovative rehab product.”
As an update to solidify Jessie Graff’s American Ninja Warrior status, on Monday she uploaded her own version of the song from Frozen “Let It Go.”
From the looks of her support of the mentioned start-up, wondering if she could also be into gaming? But again, Jessie Graff is certainly moving up in the world where she lands more hits than misses in her career and, with the inspiration Jessie Graff is spreading to others.
