Khloe Kardashian Odom might appear as though she’s coping with the rumors regarding her husband’s alleged drug addiction, but it’s clear they are taking its toll on the reality TV star.
Following reports that Lamar Odom is battling some personal demons at the moment, Kardashian took a moment to address the situation with her followers on Twitter. It’s apparent that these endless reports and articles are beginning to have an effect on the girl.
“As much as I wish I were made of steel… I’m not. I’m pretty damn close to it though,” she recently tweeted .
That the closest Khloe Kardashian Odom has come to addressing her husband’s issues at the moment. Just a few days ago she shared a picture on Instagram featuring several of her friends. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star didn’t mention Odom’s name anywhere in the post.
Not only is Lamar Odom allegedly battling drug addiction and coping with a tumultuous marriage, the troubled basketball star was arrested for DUI early Friday morning. The California Highway Patrol picked up Odom for driving too slow on the freeway in the San Fernando Valley.
“The most dangerous aspect is that he was driving 50 mph on a freeway with a speed of 65 mph. That is never a good sign. That’s not safe,” a representative for the CHP explained.
According to E! Online , a source close to the situation said that Khloe Kardashian and her family were “urging Lamar to seek treatment” for his issues. His wife is reportedly dedicated to helping her husband through this extremely difficult phase in his life.
“Khloe has been trying so, so hard to keep him from hitting a bottom like this. But if this is what needed to happen, then this is what needed to happen,” the source added.
