Maggie Grace is having a busy month. Earlier in March, it was revealed that Maggie Grace would finish out the Taken series alongside of Liam Neeson in part three. Grace was the first cast member to join Neeson for the project, which will reportedly pay him $20 million .
Maggie Grace also joined the cast of Lost on March 16 for a 10th anniversary celebration . All the buzz was about Maggie being reunited with Ian Somerholder , her real life ex boyfriend and her on screen brother/boyfriend. They were seen getting cozy together at the reunion, but they both insist nothing is going on. Just old friends seeing each other again. But Maggie has a lot more going on these days than starring in sequels and revisiting old memories.
According to Deadline , Maggie Grace will star in a new CBS drama about Wall Street , produced by John Cusack. Grace will play the leading lady in the pilot episode, opposite British actor Charlie Cox. Cox is best known for his roles in the 2007 movie Stardust and more recently on HBO’s Boardwalk Empire . Though the Wall Street drama does not yet have a name to go with the pilot episode, the story has been partially developed.
Maggie Grace will play a smart, but ambitious lawyer named Jamie who acts as the legal counsel for the hedge fund managed by a Wall Street trader named Jackson (played by Charlie Cox). The drama for the show will certain on Jamie’s strong conscience coming to grips with the reality of the dangers of Wall Street.
Besides Taken 3 and the untitled CBS pilot with John Cusack, Maggie Grace has several other projects in the works. Of course, Taken 3 is set to bring in the most money for the actress and will be getting the majority of her attention. While she was more of the victim in the first installment of the popular action movie, part two saw her take on a more aggressive role. Audiences can only hope that she does not become a full blown agent by the third edition. Either way, if Liam Neeson is involved, that’s all we need.
With Maggie Grace chose to star in a CBS pilot and so many other projects going on, fans can expect to see plenty of her in coming years.
