Scarlett Johansson Named ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’ For The Second Time

The gorgeous Scarlett Johansson has been crowned the “sexiest woman alive” by Esquire magazine for the second time.

The 28-year-old actress, who got engaged during the summer to Romain Dauriac, spoke to the magazine about the honor of being named the “sexiest woman alive” once again:

“I’m the only woman to win twice right? You know, I gotta hustle. I’m a 28-year-old woman in the movie business, right? Pretty soon the roles you’re offered all become mothers. Then they just sort of stop. I have to hedge against that with work-theater, producing; this thing with Esquire.”

She also spoke about the fact that until she met her fiancé she never saw herself as a jealous person: “I didn’t think I was a jealous person until I started dating my current, my one-and-only.”

Johansson continued: “I think maybe in the past I didn’t have the same kind of investment. Not that I liked my partner less, I just wasn’t capable of it or caring that much.”

The star is no stranger to romance, having been married until 2010 to Ryan Reynolds; she also dated a number of celebs including Jared Leto and Sean Penn. Staying with the jealousy vibe Johansson also joked about the fact she was “with a Frenchman”:

“Look, I’m with a Frenchman . I think jealousy comes with the territory,” she said, “But I’d rather be with someone who’s a little jealous than someone who’s never jealous. There’s something a little dead fish about them. A little depressing. It may not make sense, but you need to feel a little. I know, irrational, right?”

She ended her interview with the magazine by confirming that she is due a month-long vacation in order to plan her upcoming wedding and is going to be very preoccupied until then.

Scarlett Johansson seems to offer the whole package as she is not only beautiful to look at but is also very intelligent and, many would say, down to earth. Like her comments to Esquire about standing in bogs draped in jewelry while on set: “I’ve stood around bogs wearing half a million dollars’ worth of jewelry, up to my knees in the rot, thinking how much more or less the place smelled like a sewer than it did the day before.”
