Justin Bieber Denies New Paternity Claim: No Baby, Baby, Baby

Justin Bieber has strongly denied a new paternity claim made against him.

The claim, originally reported by the tabloid Star Magazine , comes from an (as yet) unnamed, 25-year-old woman who says she was impregnated with Bieber’s child after they met at a T.G.I. Friday’s in Miami following his February 4, 2010 concert.

The woman claims she and the then 15-year-old went back to his hotel and had sex, resulting in the birth of the Canadian’s alleged daughter nine months later in October 2010.

A source told Star Magazine :

“She gave birth to a baby girl later that year, and Justin didn’t know anything about it.”

“She just wanted to protect her baby. She wanted to keep her and her family away from any spotlight. In my opinion, she does look a lot like Justin did at that same age.”

The source added: “She was 100 percent sure that Justin was the father.”

A rep for Bieber told Gossip Cop the paternity claim was “completely untrue,” while a source close to the singer said: “It’s just sad that anyone would bother with this bull***t.”

This is the second paternity claim to hit Bieber in two years.

Back in October 2011, Mariah Yeater filed a paternity claim accusing the singer of impregnating her during a 30 second encounter in a backstage bathroom after his October 25, 2010 concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

In her lawsuit, Yeater demanded maintenance from Bieber for her four-month-old baby son and confidential paternity testing.

Yeater was widely discredited after she subsequently withdrew her paternity suit in November 2011 after the singer said he would submit to a DNA test and threatened to counter-sue.

At the time, Bieber’s lawyers called Yeater’s claims “fabricated and vindictive,” while the singer previously addressed the issue on the Today Show , saying:

“It’s crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations but to set the record straight, none of it is true.”

This latest paternity missile comes at a fraught time for the teen star. Bieber is currently being investigated by Los Angeles police following claims he drove at freeway speeds through his residential Calabasas, L.A. neighborhood on Monday.

“We take this very seriously,” Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said. “And if this did actually occur, which it appears that it did, it is unacceptable behavior from anybody, anywhere, anytime.”

Whitmore also issued a public challenge to the “Baby” singer.

“Mr. Bieber is making statements through others that he was not driving. If he wants to set the record straight, contact us for a sit-down, thorough interview. He has to ask himself this question, ‘If you have nothing to hide, why not talk to us?’”

The singer was recently spotted in New York City supporting close friend Jaden Smith and his family at the premiere of their new film After Earth . Bieber later visited three clubs in the city with a 21 and over door requirement, despite only being 19.

However, it is possible the clubs have a license to allow minors entrance.
