False rape is a crime law enforcement takes very seriously, and a Clarksville, Tennessee woman, Lynette Lee, has been accused of levying it against an unnamed man — because a date led to what she described as “bad sex.”
According to local news, the false rape claim over bad sex first arose last month when Lee went to police to report a rape. The Clarksville woman, 27, spun a tale accusing the alleged perpetrator of a serious felony after she was dissatisfied with his sexual performance.
Lee first lodged the alleged false rape claim on November 23, shortly after meeting the man online and allegedly consensually having sex with him.
According to The Tennessean , Lee met with a detective and made the report last month:
“Lynette Lee, 27, told the detective she had met a 27-year-old man online at Meetme.com, an internet social site, where they made arrangements to meet up, Knoll said. Lee said they went to an unknown location where the man started to remove her clothes, and despite her protests had sex with her… The male suspect was contacted and volunteered to come in for an interview, Knoll said.”
Lee’s alleged false rape claim over bad sex mostly matched that of the man she accused, with one material difference — consent.
Eventually, police say the bad sex false rape claim was dropped by Lee. She later said it was indeed a consensual act and that she admitted lying “because she did not enjoy [the sex] and it was bad.”
Lee has been charged with filing a false report over the rape claim.
