Lamar Odom And Khloe Kardashian Divorce Will Be Simple

If Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce the reality TV star wants things to go smoothly.

According to several sources close to the couple they signed a prenup that guarantees a simple divorce hearing.

A source at TMZ claims that Khloe is hesitant to end her marriage, fearing that a divorce would push Lamar Odom and his crack cocaine addiction over the edge. Kardashian is worried that Odom will overdose or perhaps even commit suicide if she files the papers.

It is believed that the couple’s prenuptial agree keeps their assets separate. That means they would both go on their own ways without too much hassle.

Those same sources claim that Lamar Odom doesn’t really have any negotiation power because of his very public drug habit and refusal to seek proper help.

While crack cocaine is Lamar Odom’s drug of choice, snoops claim he also dabbles in other substances.

Based on his drug use patterns Odom would likely be considered legally incompetent to negotiate anything.

In the meantime, the NBA players has been crashing in hotel rooms and for a short period of time lived with a female friend. Several reports have suggested that he might be breaking an infidelity clause in his prenup, however other sources insist that no such clause exists.

In the meantime the team at HollywoodLife claims that Lamar “came out of his shell” this weekend and spent time with his family. A family insider tells the publication, “He told his family how much he loves his wife and wants things to get better and back to normal. He mentioned how embarrassed and ashamed he is.”

At this point both Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce talk is just speculation. The couple have not opened up publicly about their current marital problems and they likely won’t talk to the press anytime in the near future.
