Malin Akerman’s diet and exercise routine doesn’t include any secrets or pills. Just eat right and exercise. That’s all, says the Swedish-born celebrity.
There have been countless diets on the market that keep weight-loss hopefuls in a frenzy, but the problem with all of them is that your diet is specific to your needs. Some have more trouble than others keeping the weight off or shedding it, even going to extremes like Lovelace ‘s Amanda Seyfried, who stays on a rigorous workout as previously reported by The Inquisitr .
Six months after the birth of her son, Malin Akerman is once again sporting an amazing figure, and everybody has been wanting to know her secret. The truth is, there is no secret.
Malin Akerman told E! Online about her diet and exercise routine, and the answer was surprisingly straightforward:
“It’s a lot of working out and a really good diet! Diet as in really healthy food. I wish there was a magic pill you could just pop in! But unfortunately, it’s exercise – I’ve been doing Pilates, and cycling, and hiking. That’s pretty much my routine, as often as possible.”
That’s all Malin Akerman has to say on what keeps her figure amazing, not the Aktins Diet, or South Beach, or juicing. For her, it’s just the old fashioned method of eating right and exercising.
Take it any way you like, but what works for Malin Akerman might not work for you. It’s always best to consult with your doctor and see if he or she can offer any tips if the regular methods don’t work for you. Simply put, if you have found a way to lose weight effectively without destroying yourself in the meantime, keep it up. Just don’t go overboard and end up near death if your method isn’t working.
As for Malin Akerman, regular diet and exercise is enough to shed the pounds even after childbirth.
