‘Grand Theft Auto 5’: Best Police Escape Ever

Grand Theft Auto 5‘s best police escape ever has been discovered, and it’s possible … if you can pull it off.

If there is one thing the Grand Theft Auto series has always had, it was police chases. In the beginning, it defined what the series was about. As the series progressed, we found more and more creative ways to deal with police, even if at times our thirst for destruction got the best of us and we ended up dead with a five star wanted level and a helicopter overhead.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Grand Theft Auto 5 has upped the ante and given gamers yet another way to escape the police. However, one enterprising gamer found a stunt that if pulled off, may just get you free and clear from the fuzz in seconds.

The Grand Theft Auto 5 best police escape ever involves a section of road somewhere in Los Santos that stops at a steep incline. Apparently the developers jokingly threw in the warning sign where it ends saying, “Prepare For Take Off.” The idea is to hit this steep incline going as fast as possible and launch your probably stolen vehicle onto the freeway above. However, partway into the jump, you leave the car and fall on a small ledge on a pillar holding the freeway up. The police go chasing the car and you walk around the ledge to where they can’t see you.

Then as Peter Griffin once said in Family Guy, “Now we play the waiting game.” Literally all you have to do then is wait for your wanted level to drop and then resume shenanigans as usual.

The stunt, as seen here, might take quite a few tries, as the car will need to be going fast, and you’ll have to time your escape from it at the last minute, but if you can pull it off, you’ve done something that Hollywood producers might find themselves needing to copy at least once for the big screen. It’s really that incredible.

Good luck pulling off the Grand Theft Auto 5 best police escape ever, and otherwise please drive safely.
