Samuel L. Jackson Harsh Words For Obama: Needs To ‘Be F**king Presidential’
Samuel L. Jackson has had it with President Barack Obama. In an interview with Playboy magazine, the Pulp Fiction star gets down and dirty when it comes to his opinion on President Obama. When asked of his thoughts on Barack, Samuel L. Jackson said that President Obama needs to “stop trying to relate” to the public, and to just “be f**king presidential.”
Those are some fighting words coming from Samuel L. Jackson, who at one point was a really strong advocate for Barack Obama. Perhaps Jackson is getting sick of Obama on various late night talk shows. After all, President Obama has scored headlines from slow jamming the news with Jimmy Fallon, to his late night appearances on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
When Obama started making late night appearances on network shows, this was considered rare, and a nice move in an effort to really connect with the people. Now that his approval rating is down, President Obama isn’t getting much love, and that includes from the celebrity community.
Samuel L. Jackson continued his criticism on Obama having said:
“President Obama or other highly educated Americans consciously drop[ping] gs off the ends of words to sound like Joe Average.”
Samuel L. Jackson goes into what is leading to Barack Obama’s downfall:
“First of all, we know it ain’t because of his blackness, so I say stop trying to ‘relate.’ Be a leader. Be f**king presidential.”
The actor isn’t the only one disappointed with Barack Obama and his presidency. Actor Matt Damon has been incredibly vocal about his disappointment over Obama’s leadership. Damon said:
“There are a lot of things that I really question, you know: the legality of the drone strikes, and these NSA revelations. He’s got some explaining to do, particularly for a constitutional law professor.”
Do you agree with Matt Damon and Samuel L. Jackson’s criticism of Barack Obama?
