Sofia Vergara Stuns In Vera Wang Gown, Admits She’s Not ‘Always Sexy’ [Photo]

Sofia Vergara turned quite a few heads on the red carpet at this year’s Emmy Awards. However, the Modern Family star admitted that she isn’t always drop-dead sexy.

The busy actress sported a curve-hugging Vera Wang gown at Sunday night’s ceremony. Although many people seem to think Vergara is one of the sexiest creatures on the entire planet, she admitted that staying beautiful is essentially a full-time job.

According to The Huffington Post, Sofia Vergara said she has several “unsexy” habits that might surprise her fans. This apparently includes wearing socks when she’s sleeping.

“Believe me, there’s a whole list of things. I don’t know. I can’t sleep, I mean, I can sleep naked, but I can’t sleep without socks,” she admitted.

If you needed a mental image to get you through the rest of the day, now you can picture Sofia Vergara sleeping completely nude except for her socks.

Fans of the actress can soon catch her in new episodes of Modern Family. Vergara also has a role in director Robert Rodriguez’s action-packed sequel Machete Kills. The movie opens in theaters across the country next month.

Vergara plays Madame Desdemona in the R-rated follow-up to Rodriguez’s cult favorite. Early posters for the flick show off the characters’ “boob guns,” weapons that were apparently designed to focus on the actress’ ample frontage.
