Robert Pattinson is not up for forgiving ex Kristen Stewart. At least that’s what you can take away from his interview in Australia’s Sunday Style .
While he has been quiet on the Kristen Stewart front and hasn’t personally commented on the cheating scandal, Pattinson did give a few quotes that say more than enough on where he stands with the Twilight actress.
When asked about his morals on forgiveness, Pattinson didn’t mince words, having said: “I don’t ever feel the need to forgive or expect people to be.”
This quote is quite telling given the split between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Kristen and Rob’s cheating scandal goes back to July of 2012 when Stewart was photographed in sexual context with Snow White and the Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders. To make matters worse, Sanders was also married at the time.
When photos leaked, the couple initially went their separate ways but then made their way to each other again, only to split up once again. Throughout that whole time, Pattinson has been quiet, but at least now it seems that he’s given subtle hints on why the relationship didn’t work.
Pattinson continued his statement that directly leads to a connection to his former flame:
“I judge people on their actions. I don’t really care if it’s wrong or right, I give them the benefit of the doubt. If they do something I can’t be bothered to deal with, I just cut them out.”
Sounds like Pattinson was just waiting to get that out at the right moment. It looks like Pattinson is in a better place now, as several outlets have reported that he’s ready to move on.
Hollywood Life alluded that Robert Pattinson might be moving on already, and with Kristen Stewart’s friend Riley Keough. However a source tells Hollywood Life that Pattinson isn’t too serious about the new relationship.
We guess only time will tell before we know what Robert Pattinson’s next move is.
