Chrissy Teigen Shows Off Her Wedding Gown On Instagram

Chrissy Teigen married singer John Legend in Lake Como, Italy, on Saturday, and though it was family and friends only, the 27-year-old bride gave followers a glimpse at her gown.

Teigen actually wore three Vera Wang gowns throughout her wedding day, including an ivory, strapless dress that she had on for the ceremony. Teigen showed off this gown, sharing a picture of it with her followers on Instagram.

She later changed into a mermaid ivory gown with a full skirt for the reception, and at the after party she changed yet again, wearing a crimson strapless mermaid gown.

Teigen said she had trouble picking which one of the dresses she liked best, so decided not to decide at all.

“Every time I went in [to Vera Wang] for a fitting, I couldn’t stop getting one,” Teigen told E! News in an interview before the wedding. “It’s just too pretty.”

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend started dating in 2007, and got engaged two years ago. The singer popped the question while the couple was vacationing in Maldives.

The couple said they decided to take their time in actually walking down the aisle.

“We’re very relaxed… We’re fine,” Chrissy said in the months before the wedding. She revealed that the couple had a place in mind and that the wedding was scheduled for the fall, but hadn’t given out details before the ceremony.

It’s been a busy few weeks for the couple. John Legend just released his fourth studio album at the end of August, Love in the Future. It debuted a No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and sold 68,000 copies in the first week.

Aside from the wardrobe changes by Chrissy Teigen, the wedding was marked by the famous guests who trekked to Italy for the ceremony. Fellow model Brooklyn Decker was Chrissy’s maid of honor, and other celebrities in attendance included John’s friend and sometimes collaborator Kanye West.
