Justin Bieber: Family, Former Flame In Vegas For Mayweather Fight [Video]
Justin Bieber jetted into Las Vegas with family, friends and former flame Jacque Rae Pyles, ahead of his “hype man” walkout with rapper Lil Wayne for Floyd Mayweather’s super welterweight face-off against Saul “Canelo” Alvarez at the MGM Grand last night.
But while the thousands strong crowd that included Owen Wilson, Jack Nicholson, William H. Macy, Bar Rafaeli, Denzel Washington, Pete Berg, Liam Hemsworth, Magic Johnson, LL Cool J, Michael Phelps, Wayne Gretzky and Don Cheadle, and the millions tuning in ensured the fight was a high glamour event — Bieber made sure he kept his pals and family close.
On Saturday, Bieber was spotted boarding a private plane with dancer, singer, and School Gyrls alum Pyles, whom he is rumored to have previously dated.
It’s not known if the twosome are currently in an intimate relationship, but Pyles was one of a group of friends who accompanied Justin on a vacation to the Bahamas in August.
In addition, the pretty brunette featured in an Instagram the teen singer posted the day after the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards in Brooklyn, New York.
Pyles sat front row with Bieber at Opening Ceremony’s show during New York Fashion Week, later clubbing with the singer and his buddies at the 1 Oak nightclub on September 8.
Jacque also was seen hugging the superstar outside the “Funny or Die” studios in Los Angeles on Friday.
After recently returning from a trip to Canada to support his father Jeremy through his knee surgery, it seems Justin didn’t want to be parted from his younger brother Jaxon.
The three-year-old was seen boarding his famous brother’s private Vegas-bound flight on Saturday.
Once at the MGM venue, the “Beauty and A Beat” star was seen affectionately nuzzling the blond toddler as the step-siblings headed to the VIP area.
Earlier in the day Bieber kept his legion of fans updated before jetting out of Los Angeles, posting a message to his over 44 millionsTwitter followers, writing,
“On my way to see the champ. #vegas (sic).”
Over on his Instagram account, the pop star posted a pre-fight picture of himself and Floyd before he walked the boxing hero out to his May 2012 victory over Miguel Cotto alongside Lil Wayne and rapper 50 Cent.
Prior to Saturday’s big fight, Justin posed for a snap in Vegas with his boxing idol before posting it to his Instagram account.
Bieber’s caption read: “Me and @floydmayweather right now before the fight. Go to showtime.net and order on PPW now.”
Friends for over a year, the singer attended Mayweather’s daughter Iyanna’s 13th birthday bash this May while he was in Vegas for the Billboard Music Awards. The little girl previously received a kiss from the Canadian star at his September 2012 Believe tour concert in Sin City.
When the time came to walk the world’s highest paid sportsman to the boxing ring — Mayweather received $41 million for the fight (pre-ticket sales percentages and pay per view adds) — an all-in-black Justin solemnly flanked the 36-year-old defending champ as a shirtless Lil Wayne rapped “A Milli.”
Post match, the trio took to Twitter to express their delight at the win. One of Mayweather’s many tweets read:
Without GOD — none of this is possible. Thank you for your love and support. http://t.co/okOp5VIToG

Lil Wayne tweeted,
Proud to be a part of the legacy of one of the greatest athletes that ever lived. & that’s the legacy of the great Floyd “$” Mayweather TMT!

For his part, Bieber retweeted a boxing ring shot of himself and “The One,” before calling out the singular draw score in the eventual majority decision.
Who calls a draw? That guy was watching the wrong fight. @FloydMayweather is the greatest. #MoneyTeam still #undefeated

Meanwhile, Mayweather’s undefeated record continues with his 45th convincing victory.
