Jennifer Love Hewitt’s Fiancé Brian Hallisay Accused Of Battery

Jennifer Love Hewitt’s fiancé, Brian Hallisay is being accused of battery after attacking a member of the paparazzi.

The LAPD Media Relations department has revealed that a battery report was filed against Hallisay after his scuffle with a member of the paparazzo on Friday, September 6.

Hewitt and Hallisay were finishing up a meal together at Toscana restaurant in Brentwood, California when the photographer began snapping photos as they left the building.

Hallisay asked the photographer to stop taking photos and the paparazzo refused. The photographer says his camera smashed into his eye when he was attacked by Hollisay.

Hewitt realized the error of his ways and allowed the photographer to snap a few more pictures after the scuffle ended.

Despite Jennifer’s attempt to turn the situation into a positive moment the photographer still went to police and filed the battery claim.

No arrests have been made following the claim but an investigation is currently underway.

Reps for Hallisay and Hewitt have not released a statement about the situation.

The Hollywood power couple are currently awaiting the birth of their first child together.
