Pretty Little Liars actress Tammin Sursok has revealed her baby’s gender.
The 30-year-old, who plays Jenna Marshall on the ABC Family drama, told Us Weekly , “I’m so excited to enter this new phase of our lives. What a blessing to add a little girl to our family!”
Sursok confirmed that she and husband Sean McEwen were expecting in June. She was snapped going for a walk with McEwen and their dog. He stopped to give her a kiss on the head as she rubbed her belly. Later that month, she tweeted that she knew the baby’s gender and, used the opening line from Pretty Little Liars , “Got a secret, gotta keep it…”
Sursok admitted that McEwen wanted children in an April interview on the Kyle and Jackie O Show .
“I think my husband is definitely, definitely pushing for [kids]. I keep running away from him,” Sursok said. “I think [it’ll happen] soon. It’d be good to have a couple. We want like three or four, I know that sounds silly. But a lot of Tammins running around — I don’t know if the world needs anymore.”
This is the first child for both Sursok and McEwen, who celebrated their second anniversary this month.
“I married the love of my life two years ago today overlooking the Florence countryside in Italy with 30 of my closest friends and family,” she wrote in a note to McEwen on August 24.
“It was the best day of my life, but nothing compared to the last two years of happiness,” she continued. “Happy anniversary, baby. Thank you for giving me a place to call home and for making our family whole. I love you more everyday. You are my reason.”
McEwen wrote his own message for Sursok a few days earlier for her 30th birthday.
“You continue to teach me, to inspire me, to guide me, to partner with me, to support me, to love me, to allow me to love you,” he wrote on Twitter on August 19. “I am beyond grateful that you literally fell into my life, turned me upside down, and changed me forever.”
Tammin Sursok is due to give birth in October.
