Scarlet Witch: Elizabeth Olsen ‘Doesn’t Know Anything’ About ‘Avengers’ Rumor

Joss Whedon is currently looking for his Scarlet Witch, and he may have found her in Elizabeth Olsen.

Rumors have been circulating this week that Mary Kate and Ashley’s little sister has been cast as the Scarlet Witch. The rumor hasn’t been confirmed yet, and Olsen is keeping quiet about her possible new role.

The actress recently decided to follow a few of her fans that could answer a simple question: Who are my siblings?

Several people chimed in with the obvious Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. A few of Elizabeth’s more loyal fans added Trent and Taylor. And one curious fan decided to add the Scarlet Witch.

Olsen replied: “I don’t know anything about that.”

What we do know is that Whedon is inviting Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch to the new Avengers movie. Saoirse Ronan was originally attached to the part but she recently passed on the opportunity. Now Marvel is reportedly looking in Elizabeth Olsen’s direction.

Olsen isn’t as famous as her big sisters but she may have been gifted with a little more acting talent. Elizabeth has been slowly growing her resume with indie films like Martha Marcy May Marlene. Olsen also has big budget experience and will soon be seen in the new Godzilla movie.
