A Skyrim live action fan film has hit YouTube.
In The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim , the story picks up 100 years after the events of Oblivion. The dragon Alduin is bent on destroying all life on the planet Nim, and the player must travel from Riverwood to Skyrim in a long and complex quest which has the player wandering an open world and fighting monsters and such in real-time combat.
The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim can be played from a first-person or third-person perspective, depending on the player’s preference. Dungeons and towns can be fast-traveled to once they have been discovered on foot or on horse.
The Skyrim live action fan film begins with the sound of people running through high grass as the camera is situated at about the same height as the grass itself. Then we see a man with the horned helmet Skyrim has made famous, running along in the high grass as an explosion happens ahead of him. He stops and we get a closeup of his face, teeth bared. He watches in crazed readiness as a column of smoke appears to be spinning directly ahead of him. He turns and yells, “Run for safety!”
A burst of the black smoke hits his shield as he poses ready with a sword in the other hand, and he dashes in and swipes twice where the smoke seems to have vanished. The column of smoke has moved, and he moves along with it. He proceeds to keep trying to fight it with the sword as it keeps moving, seeming to teleport from point to point.
The column reappears in the Skyrim live action fan film, and this time there seems to be a glowing-eyed demon in it. It seems to explode through him and he falls to his knees and feels a wound on his throat. He turns around in a rage, grunts something, and everything is suddenly cast in a brilliant light before he chops the smoke creature with his sword.
