‘Super Smash Bros.’: Confirmed Roster And Possible Additions On Wii U
Super Smash Bros.’ confirmed roster is here for Wii U, and we’re also picking out some possible last-minute additions.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, some of the entries to the roster are rather obvious given Nintendo’s history. Here are some that aren’t as obvious.
The Villager from Animal Crossing is a bit new to the world of violence, but as anyone from ancient Japan could tell you, farmers can be deadly. This guy may just be the come-from-behind winner.
From the other end of the violence spectrum comes the blue bomber himself, Mega Man. Apparently a newcomer to the series, he’s here with the powers he’s taken from Dr. Wily’s minions and his own friends. This robot is set to smash all expectations.
When we say Kirby sucks, it’s not a bad thing. The pink puffball will inhale you and take your powers on a moment’s notice. This creampuff’s entry in Super Smash Bros. is nothing to sneeze at.
Pikachu has some serious street cred, being bred to brawl. One of the original Pokemon, he’s been around electrifying the competition for years. Don’t let his cute appearance fool you.
Pit from Kid Icarus is basically the Hawkeye of the crowd, but with wings. Prepare yourself for an air assault from the master of the bow and arrow.
Much like Mega Man, Samus has been fighting for her survival from the beginning. She’s been blasting metroids a lot longer than she’s been schooling fools, but she’s no stranger to either one.
Fox McCloud started as a pilot in one of the most renowned shooters in Nintendo’s history. He takes his fighting skills from the sky to his opponents in short order, and he’s ready to take them down any way he can.
The Wii Fit Trainer got her start teaching us how to get in shape, so you know she’s got what it takes to take down the rest.
Some last minute additions to Super Smash Bros. could include Sonic the Hedgehog, the second form of MewTwo or any of the Mega evolutions from Pokemon, Chrom from Fire Emblem: Awakening, King Hippo from Punch-Out!!, and Bomberman, but most of them would be wishful thinking at this point.
What do you think of the confirmed roster for Super Smash Bros. on Wii U thus far?
