Apple iPhone 5C Compared To iPhone 5 In Leaked Video
The Apple iPhone 5C has been spotted in a new leaked video. Released by insider Sonny Dickson the video does a quick comparison between the already available iPhone 5 and the soon to be released “low-cost” iPhone 5C.
Before the high-definition video was released, the only footage we had of the iPhone 5C were a few low-definition photos and pictures of the devices smartphone retail casing.
In the video, Dickson shows off the new outer casing of the iPhone 5C and compares it to the iPhone 5 build factor. The two devices in a side-by-side comparison definitely showcase two separate directions for Apple smartphone devices.
The iPhone 5C appears to be taller and thicker than the iPhone 5.
The iPhone 5C is expected to feature a lowered set of hardware features, which will lower the retail cost for the device. Despite lower hardware specs, the low-cost iPhone device will likely feature iOS 7. That means the device may be slower than the upcoming iPhone 5S, but it will still run most of the same applications without much hassle. Unfortunately, a retina display is not believed to be included for higher end app output and general screen rendering.
The “C” in the new iPhone 5 device is believed to stand for “Color” because of the device’s various color options that will be announced on September 10. Apple is expected to offer the iPhone 5C in at least five initial colors.
