Kourtney Kardashian Paternity Suit Shocker

As The Inquisitr reported earlier, Kourtney Kardashian has been hit with a paternity suit.

While Kourtney Kardashian would be an easy target for scammers due to her high visibility and deep pockets, this has to be the first time in recent memory a famous (arguably) woman has been hit with a claim rather than vice versa.

The Kourtney Kardashian paternity suit was filed by a male model who claims to have fathered son Mason, whose dad has always been assumed to be the star’s partner Scott Disick.

Michael Girgenti says in the suit he had “unprotected vaginal sex” with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and “ejaculated inside [Kourtney’s] vagina.” Is there a legal term that is latin for too much information?

Kourtney’s Kamp has fired back through TMZ, with attorney Todd Wilson refuting the unusual claim:

“This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father.”

Wilson adds:

“We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.”

The suit further speculates that Mason, Kourtney’s first child, does not resemble her second child, Penelope.

While the Kourtney Kardashian paternity lawsuit drama is blowing up in the blogosphere, the star hasn’t responded to Girgenti’s claims or the court filing publicly herself.
