Kourtney Kardashian Hit With Paternity Lawsuit

Is Scott Disick really the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s baby Mason? The reality star was hit with a paternity suit today by Michael Girgenti, a male model, who claims that he is the real father of Mason.

Girgenti claims that he met Kourtney during a photo shoot in 2008 and that he had a relationship with the star for about three months. Girgenti claims that he is Mason’s real father and now he wants joint custody of the three year old.

In the legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Girgenti claims that he had unprotected sex with Kourtney in 2008. About nine months later, Kourtney gave birth to her son Mason.

Girgenti is now asking a judge to order DNA tests on Kourtney, Mason, and himself.

Kourtney Kardashian has already issued a statement saying that Girgenti’s story is false and that Scott Disick is Mason’s father.

Kourtney’s attorney, Todd Wilson, told TMZ: “This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father. We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client.”
