Toe Sucking Wal-Mart Patron Continues To Suck In South Carolina

A toe sucking sex offender is running around South Carolina terrorizing women at local Wal-Mart stores.

The man, identified as 44-year-old Joey William Leaphart, has approved various women, asking them to smell and kiss their feet.

Police have now arrested the toe sucking sex offender on several occasions, most recently in Aiken, South Carolina.

The most recent offense went down on Friday at 12:30 pm. Joey walked up to a woman and touched her leg inside a local Wal-Mart. The toe sucking sex offender then placed a piece of chewing gum between her foot and her flip-flop sandal.

The horrified female patron was forced to step on the gum according to Lieutenant Carl Odenthal of the Aiken Department of Public Safety.

According to the assaulted female, she was standing in the Wal-Mart check out line when Joey William walked up behind her, reached down, and touched her calf.

The victim in an official police report said Leaphardt smiled at her and said, “I need to get my gum. It rolled under your foot.”

After the victim told Joey to “back off” he still attempted to retrieve the gum, likely in an attempt to suck on her toes.

The victim said she looked at Joey William Leaphart and said she would call the police if he didn’t leave. The man then began to walk towards the Wal-Mart Garden Center.

Police were eventually called, and the toe sucking criminal was charged with 3rd Degree Assault and Battery and Trespassing/Entering Premises After Warning.

I’m not sure what is more humiliating: being a toe sucker with multiple arrests or being banned from Wal-Mart stores for life.

During his last arrest in July 2012, Joey asked a female Wal-Mart patron if he could suck her painted toes. Joey told her that he was part of the TV show American’s Funniest Home Videos and that her entire purchase would be free if she agreed. Because the female consented to the toe sucking, charges against the man were eventually dropped.
