Bindi Irwin At 15: Steve Irwin’s Daughter Celebrates Birthday With Family
Bindi Irwin turns 15 today.
The daughter of the late Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin spent the day with her mother Terri, her brother Robert, and all of her friends at the Australian Zoo.
Bindi writes on Twitter: “So excited to be 15 today. I’m feeling blessed to be spending my birthday with my wonderful friends and family.”
This isn’t the only birthday that was celebrated in the Irwin family this week. The family also celebrated the birthday of mother Terri.
Bindi writes: “Happy Birthday to the most beautiful mother in the world. I love you so much Mum. Have a wonderful day.
Bindi has been following in her father’s footsteps by working with animals at the Australian Zoo. She is one of the leading Wildlife Warriors working to raise awareness for environmental causes.
She’s also started a movie career. She played Kirra in one of the Free Willy sequels and recently finished up filming The Return To Nim’s Island.
Bindi has also been in the news recently for dying. No, the 15-year-old didn’t actually die but there was a pretty persistent rumor floating around earlier this year that Steve Irwin’s daughter had passed away.
Thankfully, Bindi made it to her 15th birthday and is currently happy and healthy.
What a beautiful 15th birthday I had. Thank you to everyone for the kind birthday wishes and support! I couldn’t do it without you.
