Dwayne Wade’s Ex Is Either Homeless Or Trying To Make Him Look Like A Jerk

Dwayne Wade’s ex-wife is either homeless, or she’s just trying to make the basketball star look bad after being short-changed in an ugly divorce.

Deadspin published a photo of Siohvaughn Funches, Wade’s ex-wife, sitting on a Chicago sidewalk in the middle of what appears to be an emotional meltdown. Passersby who submitted the photo said that she was ranting about “$90 million contracts” and “houses on the water.”

She is also holding a sign which announces who she is, that she is the mother of Wade’s children, and that she is “on the streets.”

Other publications have doubted Funches’ bizarre claims. The divorce between the two high school sweethearts was a nasty one, and Funches did lose a contentious custody battle over the couple’s two sons.

However, Funches was awarded a $1 million lump sum as well as $25,000 a month for child support.

Fox just chalks this up to more “erratic” behavior from Dwayne Wade’s ex. During the divorce proceedings, she fired nine attorneys. Just days ago, she filed a lawsuit against Wade alleging that he owed her at least $1 million. According to the Chicago Tribune, she filed a voluntary dismissal on Tuesday.
