Star Wars Episode 7 Script Finished? Bad Robot Tweets Teaser Photo Of Screenplay
Want to see the new screenplay for Star Wars: Episode 7? Well, you may or may not be able to see it below. Bad Robot, the production company owned by J.J. Abrams, recently sent out a photo on Twitter and several people are speculating that it’s of the finished Star Wars script.
Bad Robot didn’t identify the script but the company definitely seemed excited about it.
The company writes on Twitter: “Hot off the presses. Can you guess what’s behind the cover? #FoundAtBR #MysteryScript”
The image shows a stack of freshly printed scripts complete with red pages and black covers. The Bad Robot logo can be seen on the front and that’s pretty much the only discernible hint pointing toward Star Wars.
Still, J.J. Abrams has a pretty clean slate at the moment and the only movie that he’ll be working on in the near future isStar Wars. He’s producing a few new movies, like another Cloverfield and Mission Impossible 5, but those two are too far away to have finished scripts.
Abrams also recently said that the new Star Wars movie would start shooting as early as this January. Disney has already sent out a casting call, and Michael Arndt has reportedly finished the script.
Abrams said: “Most likely we are going to be moving to London at the end of the year for the Star Wars movie… I think that the thing is so big and so massive to so many people that the key to moving forward is honoring but not revering what went before.”
