Selena Gomez Reacts To Her First No. 1 Single [Video]
Selena Gomez recently scored her first No. 1 single with the hit “Come And Get It.”
The singer, who called it one of her proudest achievements, posted a video on Twitter showing the moment when she found out that she had landed her first No.1 single.
It’s a short, cute video that is filled with about 1000 “Oh My Gods.” After she settles down a bit the singer takes the time to thank her fans.
Gomez says:
“Today I got some really exciting news. I actually got my first No.1. I’ve done four records and this is the first number one that I’ve ever had so I can’t thank you guys enough. I want to thank every radio stations, my label, and most of all my fans for loving the song and requesting it. It means so much to me.”
“Come And Get It” is the lead single off of Gomez’ latest album Stars Dance. The new album, Gomez’ first solo effort without her band The Scene, should be a pretty successful effort for the singer.
Of course, only time will tell if Gomez can land her first No.1 album.
