Gwyneth Paltrow Talks Workout Routine As ‘Thanks For Sharing’ Trailer Drops [Video]

Gwyneth Paltrow strips down into her lingerie in the trailer of her newest film Thanks For Sharing. The 40-year-old is rarely seen in such roles on the big screen, but now may be the perfect time as she’s in great shape and continues to stay on top of her workout routine.

The American actress is highly respected in the movie business, but her hard work off the screen rarely gets attention. She’s recently spoken out about her great look and how she’s continued to stay in shape over the years.

Paltrow does the Tracy Anderson Method five days a week, which she addressed in a recent interview with People.

“It makes me look younger and feel strong,” she said about her workout routine. “When I first started, I thought, ‘I’ll never be good at this. This is a nightmare!’ But now it’s like brushing my teeth, I just do it.”

The hard work has obviously paid off as Gwyneth Paltrow looks her best in the Thanks For Sharing trailer.The film dives into the life of a man who has a sex addiction. The role is played by Mark Ruffalo, who is eventually pushed to his “sex limits” by Paltrow.

The movie will hit theaters in September, but the trailer has already caused quite the stir on the web. Paltrow’s lingerie scene is to blame, but for all the right reasons as many reviews are blown away by her amazing physique.

Not only is she keeping track of her own figure, but she’s also doing her best to create a good body image for her kids as well. She’s not afraid to let her daughter experiment so to speak.

“When we’re home sometimes, she’ll put on mascara. And sometimes I’ll let her wear something out to dinner – but just a little dab,” Paltrow said told People about her eight-year-old daughter Apple.
