Pennsylvania Couple Having Sex In Park Get Caught By 25 Bike Cops

A couple in Pennsylvania apparently could not find a room Tuesday afternoon. The two were having sex in a public park and got caught by 25 bike cops.

Richard McBride and Jennifer Harvey were having sex near a baseball diamond around 4 pm when more than two dozen cops swarmed around them. The cops were part of a program that trains cop on how to conduct bike patrols.

“There they are, on the first base line. There’s a bench, she is bent over the bench and our friend is behind her with his pants down to his ankle,” Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said. “banging away.”

Chitwood said that there was no one else around before they approached the couple, but a teenager walked by as they were arresting them. He added that he was not sure if the two were dating, but he did not expect prostitution.

“These officers go on a tour of Upper Darby to see the sites and neighborhood and instead get taken to sex incorporated,” Chitwood said.

McBride and Harvey were released on $30,000 bail and have to report back to court in July.

The two aren’t the only ones who have been caught having sex in a public place. In May, A Florida couple were caught having sex on a beach in Manalapan.

Tanya E. Wheeler and Ward C. Powell were naked in the sand when police spotted them. Powell said that they went skinny dipping in the ocean. He said he knew better than to have sex on a public beach, but one thing led to another.

Both of them were arrested and charged with lewd or lascivious behavior and indecent exposure.
