Chris Brown Accused Of Assaulting Girl Inside Nightclub
Some may say that it was only a matter of time before R&B singer Chris Brown was caught red handed. Apparently that time has come. Over the weekend Chris Brown was accused of assaulting a girl inside of a nightclub.
The girl in question is Deanna Gines, who told TMZ that the assault happened while she was in a VIP section with Chris Brown. The two were allegedly inside the Orange County nightclub on Saturday night, when things got violent.
According to the 24-year-old, Chris Brown assaulted her so badly, that the injuries sustained may have to be corrected with surgery. Gines explains that she was with Chris at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, which is where he had just performed.
The bar was about to close, and this is when, Gines says, that Chris Brown got physical with the unassuming party goer. She claims that Brown shoved her to the ground, and that the shove was deliberate. Deanna Gines then explained that she fell hard on her knees. So hard that it left one of her legs in a boot and in crutches.
Deanna Gines said that in the end she decided to file a police report against Chris Brown. A representative for the Anaheim PD says that a female did file a police report for assault inside of the nightclub, but no name was released.
This alleged assault comes four years after Brown snatched headlines after assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. The singer was sentenced to five years of probation, and six months of community service.
That probation has come up on several occasions following his violent assault on Rihanna. Since then he has had physical altercations with singer Drake at a Soho nightclub back in 2012, and earlier this year he had a scuffle with singer Frank Ocean following a dispute over a parking space outside of a recording studio in West Hollywood. As recently as May, Brown was also involved in what was believed to be a hit and run, which proved to then be a minor fender bender.
In the day and age of Instagram, Twitter, and other social networking, Deanna Gines decided to take a picture of her injuries to defend her current charge against Chris Brown.
Brown’s representative said of the allegation: “I’m unaware of the incident, as is Chris’ lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse. None of this makes sense.”
